Jugtown Pottery has a good-sized shop and excellent collection of pieces for the curious as well as the collector. Their shop also has other folk art, mountain crafts, and jewelry. The works here are very traditional, and also utilitarian. We picked up a "new favorite" mug that is a stunning blue, and it can go in the microwave as well...

this is a place for you: wonderful traditional pottery is for sale along with traditional kitchen wares in a lovely country setting, just down the road from Ben Owen Pottery and not far from other Seagrove potteries.

We have returned many times to Jugtown Pottery. It is exciting to see what the create next. The family and staff are extremely helpful and friendly.
