The place is fun for kids, but the game center could be much better and cleaner. More

I ended up really enjoying this place a lot. The staff was terrific, making the whole experience worth it. I had wished that there were more things for my son to actually ride on but they were very accommodating to us for him. Overall, we were there 6-7 hours and it was great fun for our large family. Where do I begin ..........The Zuma Fun Center has to be the most under staffed, most expensive as well as the worst value I have seen. They had one employee ( maybe... More

I went to Zuma today with my children, ages 8, 4 and 2. I got in line to buy a Bumper Boat ticket and one passenger ticket so my 8 yr old and my 4 yr old could ride them. I also bought some tokens to play the games in the arcade. My children played the games but we found... More

I contacted Zuma Fun Center for a basketball party/sports banquet function. The party coordinator(Courtney) and event helper(Amber) was helpful from the initial phone call. I booked the February 20th for the event. When I arrived is when all the chaos and unorganization began....the room that I reserved was very hot...leftover food from a prior party was on the floor...the attendant... More

I visited Zuma on Saturday, February 20, 2010. First of all, I had to wait in line which serves as the line for EVERYTHING. I paid $23 for my 4-year-old and 2-year-old to have unlimited rides. When we went outside to the rides, no one was available to supervise the rides. We waited at least 30 minutes after a staff... More

I don't doubt that Zuma is a center, but a fun center is a stretch. Upon entering, you would think the place was, and has been closed for months. The carpets are dirty, their games are from the 90s and none of them work. When I arrived I saw one employee fixing a game and that was it. I walked... More

My boyfriend, his 8 year old daughter and I visited Zuma Family Fun center last week during a stopover in Charlotte during a road trip. We were looking for an evening of entertainment mostly for the 8 year old but something we could enjoy doing with her after a day of driving. We were referred to the Zuma family fun... More
