There's nothing fancy about the Hot Springs, but you will get excellent service and top notch relaxation. The tubs are great, natual mineral water and privacy. The massage rooms are a little too well lit and need to be updated with a little nicer ambiance. The staff is great, beats Gatlinburg, HANDS DOWN. Town needs a couple more restaraunts More
