Stopped here for grandchildren to search for stones. Bought 2 large buckets to begin with and got many different stones, kids enjoyed it so much, bought 2 more large buckets. We love Jackson Hole. My son, now 15, has had birthday parties and several school outings at the gem mine. It is clean, a great value, and FUN! The staff is gracious and knowledgeable. We went to three different mines on the same day and this one was the easiest to sift. They put the gems in sand and there is a covered sluice to sit at. All very civilized and non-messy. You can purchase buckets of various sizes and they will assist you identifying the stones. More
