Poor conditions, no grass on fairways, No maintenance on greens, They claim they are going to redo the greens, but too little too late, really disappointed for the money charged, won't ever go back

We had a great day of golf here at the Duke course. Narrow fairways at times and rolling greens -- but just delightful.

Course is priced on the higher end but there are awesome discounts for students and late play. The course is beautiful and well maintained, but is difficult with some of the hills and fast greens. Driving range is helpful and the putting green is located right off the bar patio. Great for a quick 9 or longer 18.

I LOVE golf courses without houses in sight, and the slopes and lovely fairways provide lots of interest along with beauty. For as nice a course as it is, I feel it's a true bargain.

This course is outstanding. Very impressive views, great fairways and perfect greens... all with a large upscale hotel, restaurant and pro shop. This is by far one of the best courses in the area... we play this course of special occasions.

Why do people think they cannot play at Duke? I often hear people express surprise that they can play at Duke - as if it were private. It is not. The new superintendent, Billy Weeks, has really turned the course around. It has always been a classic layout but the conditioning has often not been up to that standard. The... More

It is somewhat challenging, and the staff at the club house is outstanding. I look forward to returning!

Loved everything about this golf course, the GPS on the cart was new to us and so good (even works in Metres!)

This is a great 18 hole Robert Trent Jones golf course at Duke University. It has undulating fairways and can be a little trickey. The pro shop is situated in the Washington Duke Hotel at the links. It also serves as the country club for meals and beverages.

I played here once a week for several years in the past. I always liked the layout. It gets kind of baked out in August, but what course doesn't in the south.
