One learns all abouts photograhs by touring this building and the various personal items throughout this building that George Eastern had from his privileged lifestyle. There are also... More

Good ol' George committs suicide because he has completed his life's work. Kodak is bankrupt and the city is crashing. Just don't see the value. More

As a museum of photography I expected to see more technology of photography but instead it was more about photographs and the biography of George Eastman. Definitely plan your visit around the times of the docent lead tours. More

Although the technology is now very dated, the physics involved and the history are still very interesting. A nice historical setting and some good performance spaces. More

What a great house! I highly recommend it! Mr. Eastman was a true philanthropist and business genious. The staff were pleasant and informative. The gardens are beautiful. More

Great exhibitions. It was hard to view the house while there was a tour going on. More

Enjoy going to the Eastman HOuse but it is getting pricey. Took My Mom for the Gingerbread Houses but got there a day too late. Lady at the desk politely gave me a refund which was very nice. More

While the house itself is a fabulous example of a mansion of its day, it is a little bit of a snooze and doesn't command much of your time. Going around Christmas with the fund-raising auction of decorated and donated trees, wreathes, and gingerbread houses spices up the visit a bit. More

Interesting stuff to see here if you can take a quick trip through the displays. I was there for an event, and not sure I would make a trip just to see this. There was an Amsel Adams display (Kodak owns several of the original photos I believe) during my visit, which was a bonus! Not sure if the photos... More
