Great small facility with a bowling alley, swimming pool, squash courts and exercise classes for moms and tots.

Big facility. Indoor track, hoops, squash, pingpong, bowling. workout room. For one adult and four kids was $30. bowling was extra but shoe rental and 6 frames was like $5. Great time!

If you are visiting and need to get the kids (or adults) some exercise,
or something to do on a rainy day, good place to visit.
Think nicest Y community center you have seen.
Bowling, basketball, swimming and more indoors.
Outdoor tennis and fields for team sports, though as a visit
not sure if using the outdoor facilities is feasible....

If you are headed to Cooperstown and you want a fun place to go with the kids in any kind of weather that doesn't cost an arm and a leg, head to the Clark Sports Center (on the Cooperstown tourist map). We all played basketball, the kids ran on the indoor track and played ping-pong, we all went swimming in...
