This was a fun place to walk around and read all the newspaper articles about the 1947 incident. It's not large and only takes an hour or less to visit all the exhibits. It's what Roswell is all about.

yes, there was alot of reading, but it was good stuff, from what my short attention span could handle. They had a pretty cool display of an alien ship and a few aliens outside of it. Some people complain of the while 5$ it cost to get in.... As with other museums or exhibits that cost money, your able to...

We spent the first night of our recent road trip in Roswell just so we could visit this musuem. It's small, and very kitschy, but we thought it was fun and definitely worth a stop. As others have noted, the museum is mostly copies of newspaper articles and various "reports" hung on walls, but it also includes alien-themed art and...

The UFO Museum was my husband's choice. I enjoyed it more than I had anticipated. The four aliens with their animated flying saucer amused me. There are story boards with news clippings about alien abduction, crop circles, and the Roswell dig. A section depicts ancient civilizations with their connections to extraterrestials. Visit the gift shop for some fun souviners. The...

We were looking forward to visitng this museum during our stay in Alamogordo, New Mexico. We were highly disappointed. When we entered the museum, we were told the movie was about to start. We quickly went in and sat down to watch it. It was a full-feature film, almost two-hours long! We sat on metal folding chairs and were very...

It costs $5 per person to get in here when all they have is documents and pictures on the wall, nothing to warrant the price. The two "scenes" they have recreated are weird and more artsy then museum quality. We definately were disappointed. Kids would also find this terribly boring after 10 minutes.

The UFO Museum is more of a grown up attraction in Roswell. There aren't a lot of monsters, or aliens to take pictures of. Its pretty much a tour of all the alien sightings in roswell, there are lots of news paper clippings, and stories about people who believe they saw aliens. There are some pictures, of the crash in...

Lots of fun and serious stuff too. Off to the side, their is a library with UFO books and vidios to read and watch. The is a movie viewing room with always so alien themed film running. At Christmas, get your picture taken with Santa and an alien. Rumors are that a new building is in the works, but this...

Upon visiting the museum after visiting a local gift shop, I was expecting a less than serious atmosphere on the subject matter; I was wrong. There was a visitors log to sign in, then plenty of exhibits to show the timeline of events after the UFO crash. Many quotes were available from famous people about their thoughts on extraterrestrials (including...
