If you’re in pain or just need a little time to relax and de-stress, I provide a nurturing, non-judgmental, secure environment for people who have chosen alternative paths to self healing and well being. I believe education is a crucial element needed to facilitate change in chronic pain and tension patterns. Empowering my clients with the knowledge to create change puts the capability of healing back into their own hands. Along with education, my clients benefit from the various healing techniques I can incorporate into their individual sessions. I have witnessed first hand the benefits derived from the types of techniques I offer. As such, I am wholeheartedly committed to assisting my clients on their paths of healing and wellness. Western Medicine has failed to address the overall health needs of our society. Alternative medicine addresses these neglected needs by focusing on an individual’s particular causes of pain, stress and/or dysfunction. As a pain management therapist, I highly encourage clients to participate in their sessions in order to create a custom treatment plan tailored to their unique needs. « less
