Nice wines at reasonable prices well worth a visit. Jams and olive products also on sale. Staff are friendly and good knowledge of surrounding attractions.
The view from the cellar is very nice and their wines are of medium standard. You can only taste wine there as they do not have a restaurant or bistro. In winter they may have a fire going if it is cold. It is a pity that when looking towards the mountains the cellars roofs are so prominent down below.
Several of our wedding party stayed at Bovlei as there wasn't enough accomodation for all at Grand Dedale, but no-one felt it was second best. Everyojne complimented it's quiet and relaxed atmosphere and many will be returning in the future.
Bovlei has always been known for the value for money wines - now with the Mad Hatters range of exotic varietals, they offer something different - and still for a great price!
