My wife and I walk three miles a day for exercise and we were looking for a place to do it during our road trip to New Hampshire. Mine Falls Park was a great choice, with plenty of trails you can combine for the right distance for you. Also fine for joggers and bicyclists. Some routes are wide (really packed-dirt...

We've taken several nice walks in the park. In late May we saw a few lady slippers. Easy parking access on three sides.
What's not to love about Mine Falls in Nashua, NH? It's got everything!! Walking trails, running trails, bike trails, single-cross trails, picturesque spots to have a picnic, overlooks, a river, wildlife viewing, quiet (or hustle-bustle when you get nearer the highway), etc. It's a great place to come and burn a few calories or just sit and watch people move...

minesfall park what a great place to have. to walk and run, hike and bike. we following the river path and check out the dam. there have been safety issues so plan for that with cell phones and safety in numbers.
I adore Mine Falls park. I have taken part in the annual MS walk which sometimes takes place here. Woody, the paths are well maintained, there are views of the river. The paths tend to be fairly level, and it is easy to walk here if you are slightly disabled, and it looked as though the paths were wheelchair acessible.
We love to go biking at Mine Falls. It is woodsy and peaceful. It is great in the fall when the foliage is at peak. It is not a tough trail so it is good for casual bikers and families.
come here regularly. no real playground for kids. more of a walking, biking park. good trails for mountain biking or running.
