I've been buying different flours ground at the Grist mill for at least 5 years -- my current favorite is Spelt -- makes great hearty wheat bread. mmmm!

Go downstairs and view the wooden mill workings. Staff was very friendly -- let me haul my 50lb large-format camera downstairs for photography.

We traveled to Littleton,NH in mid-August specifically to see the mill and to purchase thier stone ground corn meal. The tour of the mill and its restoration was very interesting although no milling was being done that day. The setting on the river was spectacular and highly recommended particularly for photographers.
