This waterfall is so Beautiful and is right there in the center of town, no long hike to get to it so it is one of my favorites, sense I injured my knee and can't move like I used to. So relaxing. One of God's little gifts to us.

One of the highlights in this area is the Honeymoon Bridge, just off NH 16. Built in 1876, this well-preserved 121-foot long, Paddleford truss covered bridge spans the Ellis River in Jackson Village. Limited on-street parking is nearby. A covered sidewalk runs along its upriver side. Walkers can see upriver and downriver through the structure’s exposed sides. The interior bare... More

The falls are easily accessible with paved road beside them. Situated in a fabulous little village. We walked all over the town and enjoyed "Return of the Pumpkin People", a local Fall tradition.

it was so wonderful being able to walk or take a short drive to the falls and sit on the rocks and enjoy the scenery.

Loved it and spent hours just sitting and looking at the falls. My children enjoyed walking on the rocks.

The falls were very dramatic as they ran overy the ice and rocks. There had been a thaw and rain which swelled the river. Giant ice blocks were thrown all along the edges of the river and jumbled up on rocks and each other. It was a great photo op!

The falls can be enjoyed one way or another virtually year round. In the winter the water freezes enough to change the view every day. In the other months the fall colors are radiant, in the summer the water is a great place to cool off
