Nice yacht, they were very late boarding as they were doing something to the yacht. A little comp for that would have been nice. They served a make your own sandwich for lunch but did not annouce and the people all on the back of the boat ate everything before we realized it was even out. so a piece of... More

Made reservations for the snowmobile tour on Jan 25, 2013. Caught the shuttle from Harrahs, (they pick you up at the various hotels/casinos) which was about a 5 min ride. Signed paperwork, (declined the insurance which was $20, up to you though) needed boots , pants and they offer helmet. It says they charge for the items, however when we... More

I spend most of the summer in Tahoe with my two young kids. We go to this beach at least once or twice a week. I love it! There is a bar that serves the local rum runner frozen, kid friendly food, a swimming pool, last year they brought in a trampoline/bungy jump, rentals for skeedos, paddle boards etc. It... More

This is one of my favorite beaches in Tahoe, it has something for everyone. The only down side is the parking ($8) and it can get a little busy. But the beach is nice, you can use the pool too which the kids like. Restrooms and snacks are a plus as well.

We were recently married at Round Hill Pines Beach on a beautiful day in South Lake Tahoe. While we truly enjoyed the scenery and our photos will be beautiful, they weren't ready for us when we arrived at the specified time to take pictures. We had to clear the beach and clean the tent, which was kind of a bummer.... More

This is a wonderful location for families. The beach is clean. One can rent a cabana for $20 for a full day. Beach chairs rent for $5 a day. There are paddle boards and paddle boats to rent, in addition to jet skis. Buoys clearly mark separate areas for water activities. Thus, a family can come to this beach and... More

They have beach chairs to rent, and all sorts of water sports are available here. We brought our own beach chairs and just loved the beautiful view while sitting in the shade. The Rum Runner drink was fabulous and a good bargin.

We started by talking to places that offer jet skiing just past the casinos in South LT on the California side. The jet skis were $135 per hour before 11 am and they offered a $15 discount before 11 am with a coupon ($120). My son had left his ID at the condo so we went back to the Kingbury... More

Stopped to grab lunch before heading out on the "Bleu Wave" cruise to Emerald Bay. Grilled chicken, cheese & jalapeño sandwich was delicious! Basically a bar with outdoor seating just off the beach, but the atmosphere is a lot of fun. A good place to grab a bite while at the beach & marina.
