Comfortable indoor and outdoor seating where you can watch a wide slice of humanity walking by! Beautiful and attentive servers and great drink specials, but no food is available here.

Over the years I've been to lots of Vegas bars and ultra-lounges, but what stands out for me with Rhumbar, besides the excellent drinks, is the very comfortable outdoor lounge area.
