We always go to Vegas every year and stay the the Riviera since its the closest to the Convention center. However this year was very disappointing, the last few years our experience keeps getting more disappointing by the Riviera and this time is def. our last time we will stay there. We purchased our package thru expedia and we were... More

The service is horrible, the check-in cannot be any slower 'cause if it was you’d do both check-in and check-out at the same time :-( The rooms are very OLD and the bathroom is scary….public bathrooms in not very nice areas look better than the one in our room. They charge a resort fee of $11/night, my problem with this... More

Wow!!! Friends had just come back from LAS VEGAS and told us how lucky and fun it is to play bingo at the RIVIERA. We were lucky enough to have CHARLES GRABIAK there to guide us through. Because he made it so easy we frequented the bingo many more times during our visit.. We're sure CHARLES is the person to... More

We purchased 2 tickets to a show at the Riviera Hotel weeks before our trip to insure good seats at a cost of $116. When we got to the hotel we saw several signs advertising the show plus a buffet for $25 each, total $50. We spent more than twice that with no buffet included. When we redeemed our coupons at... This hotel is far from the action, it's dated and there isn't really anything to do there. However the woman, Jill, who checked us in was such a treat to find in this hotel. She bumped us up to an updated room (if you stay here I suggest you go for the updated room) and she said hi to us... More

Ok well this is not the most impressive hotel on the strip but the rooms were clean and the price was affordable. Apparently this hotel was a big deal in the 1950's, but not much has changed here since then. The hotel is very outdated with most of the rooms the color of pepto bismal, and everything in the casino... More
