We loved everything about the Vdara except the resort fee. Perhaps they need a reduced fee for days the pool is closed, $20 is steep. Also, the cafe is expensive, coffee should not cost $4 a cup. This is an ideal spot to stay. only a 5 / 10 minute walk from the main strip. If you can get a Bellagio fountain view, great, otherwise, the others good too. Very nice 5 star hotel. The cab drive told us that the most expensive build hotel in Las Vegas history. 7 Billion $. Infact, Aria, Vdara, Mandrin, and City Center is ONE company.
