The docents there are fabulous and so knowledgeable. The 3D Movie has to be one of the coolest features and it truly give you an in-depth look at the lake, literally! I learned so much. The green building tour was also very informative, I think I'm going to start planting native plants in my yard. Screw grass!

A must when visiting Tahoe. This science museum located on the ground floor of the Tahoe Environmental Sciences building has a state of the art 3-D theater, interactive screens, labs and docents. They say they receive 11,000 visitors a year. Our group of grandparents, teens and kids love it. We visit with every guest. Kep an eye out for monthly...
