Beautiful decor but very expensive. They need to wise up and have dinner special, or 2 for 1 , especially in off season. There are too many great restaurants in TAHOE at lesser prices, for this place to be so pricey. Used to eat here often, but not anymore. More

Dropped in while touring North Shore. Casino seemed adequate but location is right on highway. Crystal Bay was the original N. Shore casino center (before Incline etc) and was born due to being on the Nevada side of the Calif state line. A relatively quiet, classy place to play and catch some good dancing music. Sports book and bar is perfect. i like the fact that they honor the history of the place, but have done all the right upgrades to make it first class. More

too bad the bistro was closed because we would have spent more time in here. The casino was fun and the waitress was awesome. They charged for plain pop while playing games, though. If you want to play blackjack for people who laugh at you when you call out the blackjack dealers mistake, this is your place. They absolutely had no respect for me when I demanded a camera check. Never argued more for $5 in my life. More

There's a difference between North and South Lake Tahoe. If you're aware of the difference, then read on. If not, simply put, the difference is similar to Laughlin and Vegas. If you're in South Lake Tahoe, you either don't know any better or your standards are low. Or you're all about skiing and just need a place to crash on... More
