Just walked around and took in the exhibits...very good. It is close to the downtown area so just a nice walk to see some historic memorabilla and get more information of the Yellowstone Valley.

I just find this a rather sorry, sad little museum. There aren't that many items and it has to compete with the really fine Western Heritage Museum. And the location is very odd and not that easily reached.

Lots of Montana historical things, crammed into a small space. At the time we went it was free, with donations, so can't beat the price.

A free museum by the airport. It's a bit hard to find as its almost in the airport parking lot. It has some Indian artifacts and other things. It's a small museum, and you can take it all in in less than an hour. It's on the bluff overlooking the city, and it's a beautiful view from there.

If you remember the days when small museums were all run by volunteers, and exhibits were based on taxonomies and chronologies, this will be a nostalgic visit for you.

Small interesting museum that has some good exhibits. The employees are wonderful, friendly and a delight to visit with while exploring the museum.

Our tour group stopped here for a short visit. What a surprise. For a tiny place at the airport, the museum has a great selection of artifacts. We loved wandering through the basement.
