The Museum of Westward Expansion exceeded my expectations for a history museum. The collection is well organized and thoughtfully displayed. A stunning collection of panoramic photos illustrate passages from diaries of the Lewis and Clark expedition. For an NPS-related museum, this one is a bit lacking. Good information and quotes on the wall - but that's stuff you can get from books.
