This place had all of my favorite cheeses, and a many I had never heard of prior to our visit. There were over a hundred types of cheese to sample, and several Ozark favorite snacks. An onsite deli will help you create a custom sandwich. (Yummy)

This was not a planned stop but it was worth the stop. Cheese lovers will not want to miss this spot. There are jams and sauces too and lovely caramel popcorn but it was all about the cheese. From blueberry to chipotle, jalepeno to muenster it was a splendid sampling feast.
