Mark Twain Forest is a very well kept area with lots to see and do! Lots of hiking trails to go on or go horse back riding.

I love to hike and photograph - this area is definitely a great place to hike (not so much photography due to the density of the forest where I was). It is rugged and there are several hiking paths to suit most anyone.

I like there is no city, buildings, etc., but wish there were family picnic areas along road sides.

We go through here every time we go to Roaring River, Eureka, Or Branson. Typical Ozark scenery with large cliffs, draws, hardwoods, etc. Breath taking during the fall because of the falling leafs and colors.
