The Branson's first show that started in 1959. Today, the family legacy continues to wow audiences by delivering everything from traditional country to today’s #1 hits and lots of side-splitting comedy. Now, the 2nd & 3rd generations of the Mabe family carry on the family tradition of performing an all new show each year. Both longtime Baldknobbers’ fans and new fans alike appreciate the Baldknobbers’ family traditions that have made this show popular from generation to generation. In 2011, the Baldknobbers original costumes, instruments and artifacts were added to the permanent collection of the Smithsonian’s National Museum of American History.

Saw the show Saturday night. Excellent. Like the warm up and all the singers, musicians and comedians. Mike Ito was great on the fiddle and banjo.

The Baldknobbers Show in Branson Missouri is one of my husband's favorite shows because of the comedians, Droopy Drawers and Hargus. The drummer, Robbie Blackwood, with the band is outstanding, and I can't say enough good things about him. Bob Lufbridge opened the show and we enjoyed hearing his jokes. Mike Ito playing the fiddle is also a great musician....

I was raised in the Ozark Mtns. and have been to the Baldknobbers many times. Each time I still laugh and clap as I did the time before. I never thought you could replace Stub but Hargus does an awesome job! Tim and the family are to be commended! Great job! Until next time!
