Watkins history abounds in this museum/exhibit area. We knew of Watkins baking and cooking products but this teaches us the range of Watkins products and the development of the company from the small city of Winona. Interesting, enjoyable and worthwhile. Worth a stop for about 1 hour.

I grew up with Watkins products in my home, so to find out that the store/museum was located in Winona was pretty awesome. The museum is perfect size to get enough of the information you want without getting bored, and its Free! This is a fun tour dedicated to Watkins and Winona. Follow the history of the company from its founding, decline, to resurrection. Thank you to Irwin Jacobs for saving this company!!!

We love to stop in at the Watkins Museum and store every time we are in Winona. There are historical exhibits from the start of the company in 1868 to the present day, a miniature train-type exhibit of the town of Winona, and shelves displaying the current product line of the more than 350 products that are available for purchase....
