It was ok. There was a lot of construction so missing exhibits. I thought the processes little high. My wife and I visit Duluth frequently and thought we should give it a try. It would be fun with the grandchildren/children. I would do that- but to see it for myself again, I would have to be desperate for something to... More

What's not to like about watching something as graceful as fish of various species swimming in their own world? Watching the children marvel at them is fun too! Lots of native species included!

They get you before you get in the door by charging for parking, and expensive at $18/pp unless you can find a 2 for 1 in two harbors magazine. Not very big and hard for young kids (under 3yrs) to see everything without constantly picking up to see. Lock and dam area is fun for children. Too much reading and... More

This is a decent freshwater aquarium although it is expensive and you have to pay to park. The young children will like it but if you have 9 yr old and up, I don't know how interested they will be. We got through in about an hour, maybe a little longer. It's worth doing once, but not worth a return... More

Interesting enough but far to pricey!!! Very disappointed and will never go back. Don't go unless you have a discount... Save your money!

This aquarium is nothing much. They have some cool exhibits with fish from Minnesota and a really cool otter exhibit. There is also a fun locks and dams area for children to get a little wet while having fun. Although this place is hugely expensive, buying the season pass if you go here often is much more worth it. Pretty... More

We should have had a clue that this was not a good stop when we pulled in to a nearly empty parking lot during the middle of the day. This entrance fee is way too much for what they deliver inside. My family and I have been to these types of attractions all over the country, and I can say... More

I love visiting aquariums and zoos... This one's particularly fun because you can pet sturgeon. They have traveling shows that are well advertised by banners on the side of the building. And it's a great place to see all those fish you didn't catch on your fishing trip up north... And in HUGE sizes!

Do not waste your money. If you want to see fresh water fish a.k.a brown fish, sort of ugly. Just find your nearest Cabella's sporting good store. At least they have real mounted animals and several areas with aquariums and there is no cost to get inside. This place has a plastic moose and several aquariums that are not nearly... More

This is a great place for preschool and elementary aged kids to go during the winter, especially, although we've been here several times in different seasons. The admission is a bit pricey, but there are some good exhibits with some hands on activities for the kids. They enjoyed the presentations on the macaw and the otters.
