Lots of fun for everyone. Many hands-on projects for kids of all ages. Highly recommend it! They offer a great service, and a wonderful rainy-day place.

It is small so you can keep an eye on your kids where ever you are just about and the kids never wanted to leave
We had a birthday party here recently for about a dozen eight-year-olds. February birthdays party venues are limited and the video game venues get boring. This was an awesome alternative! The kids had a great time playing in the musuem. They have a separate room where we had pizza and birthday cake. They even let us bring in a pinata....

Our children are ages 6 and 8. This is one place that they BOTH love! (How often does THAT happen?!?!) They remember how much fun they had there and whenever we drive by they beg for a return visit. It is great for a rainy day or for a snowy afternoon when school has been cancelled. If you are looking...

I visit the museum every month for a board meeting. I always enjoy looking at the displays and watching the children and adults enjoying the activites. It is very close to Traverse City and has other interesting spots to visit in the area.
I am a real estate agent and one of my favorite closing gifts is a family membership to the GLChildren's Museum... especially for those who move here from out of the area. Great for Grandparents too!
