Part science, part art, all fun. Has the "bones" of a big city art center with the intimacy of small city comfort. Don't miss the Dow Gardens next door!

There's always an exhibit or show throughout the year. I especially like the annual art show that showcases local talent. In addition, Dow Gardens & the library is right next door.
We are so fortunate in The Great Lakes Bay Region to have a facility like the Midland Center for the Arts. The exhibits are always first class and we enjoy the theatre and special preformances they book like Jason Bishop, illusionist.
Great place to see a show or concert. Draws good talent to a relatively small town and has excellent seating and acoustics. A real gem!
I've been to a number of events here. They bring in quality programming and then facility is well suited for its use. My only dis-like is the auditorium seating arrangement. There is no center isle, so you have to manuver long, long rows of seats.
The MCFTA is a great place to visit, whether it be the museum, a concert, a play or musical, or a community event. They have special exhibits on a regular basis and try to have something for everyone.
I loved this place! It was cute and not over whelming. This art centre is reasonable priced and comfortable for both adults and children. When I visited the exhibit that was on was taxidermy which I just loved. This is a must see if you are visiting Midland, MI.
There is nearly always an interesting traveling exhibit (or two) in the museum areas; we go back a lot more often than I ever thought we would when we first moved here. The two theaters are really excellent venues for everything from local productions to nationally known acts passing through. This facility is just one example of how Midland is...

Enjoyed our evening out last night. Parking quick and were in our seats in minutes. All seats are pretty good and they have big screens for the back rows, where we were. Ushers good and everyone seemed to have a good time. We are lucky to have this venue in such a small town for sure.
This place is awesome! So much to offer for all ages. Our kids and grandkids love to go here.
