Took my niece who just turned 3. She LOVED it and had a blast. She cried when we had to leave! There is so much to do, dress-up, a play house, pretend grocery store and post office, and so much more. A must visit with young kids. More

The Flint Children's Museum is such a great find. It's on the campus of Kettering University, and they've done a lot of work to make the area so much more beautiful than you'd expect if you've not visited for a while. There is a room with exhibits that change monthly, and tons of other interactive educational play areas, with marionettes,... More

If you are looking for a 2-3 hour diversion for younger children and you are nearby, this is a good choice. There are about a dozen diverse activities within the Flint Children's Museum, and in good weather, a few more outside. The activities are hands-on and some are science-oriented while others are more fantasy oriented. Parking is on-site and abundant. More

This place can be fun for small kids, six and under, but there's not a lot for older kids to do. It's not very big--it looks like two floors, but the upper level is just office space, and there is one lower level room that is usually used for a special exhibit. Most of the exhibits don't change. My son's... More

My four year old grand daughter was amazed at all the things she could do in tis museum. She thought she was just playing the entire time, never had a clue she was learning. Great place. More

Just a perfect place for kids. Tons of hands on things to do. They love the grocery store and pizza place to play in. Hidden gem of flint! More

We live in the suburbs of Flint and had always thought the area presents very limited opportunities for fun (and safe) things to do for families. We had never been to the Flint Children's Museum, though, and did not have high expectations when we decided to visit the first time in 2009. We were wonderfully surprised by the place. We... More
