Peaceful once you get there. Can see forever, it seems. We make this hike at least once a year to see how the dunes have shifted. More

“Nice hike, but not the "best" dune overlook we visited.”

This was rated #1 in a magazine but was probably our least favorite dune overlook. The best was the Dune Overlook at the Pierce Stocking Scenic Drive, not a hike so it's accessible to all, but a huge, steep dune with a really nice overlook. More

“Great short Walk”

The turn off for this trail is not really marked at all, or at least that I saw. This is a nice walk up a short trail to a very steep dune. Is is a bit of an uphill climb to the look out if you are really out of shape but I'm sure anyone can do if you just... More
