Great place for kids to run around and learn about plants and flowers. There are places to play, a hedge maze, a swinging gate, water, and nursery rhyme and story references. Very fun for all ages.

Someone had a great idea to build a children's garden at MSU. It needs more TLC and more information about the plants growing there.

The 4-H Children's Garden is a jewel on the campus of Michigan State University. The gardens which are located within MSU's amazing and vast demonstration gardens have lots of educational botanical exhibits for kids to witness. There are pizza gardens, tree houses, frog which "spit" when you turn a wheel, and even a great musical chimes which when you jump...

The Children's Gardens are a beautiful place to spend the afternoon. The flowers and art is breath-taking. I highly recommend it if sight-seeing in East Lansing.
