The Pewabic Pottery "factory" downtown is small, has a great gift shop. We loved the tour, and seeing the displays of many artists' works on the second floor. More

They offer pottery that follows the same Pewabic design that has been used for dozens of years. They also have custom pieces done by staff in their own style. You can go... More

I love old pottery and this place has a history of producing wonderful art deco pottery. They continue to produce wonderful pieces, tile, etc. I visited on a day when they were not actually firing pottery, but it was still a very cool place to visit. More

Pewabic is a very short and very scenic drive along the riverfront. Not only does the shop carry all of their house-made pottery but they carry the works of several other potters as well. A trip to the restroom ensures a tour of the enormous kilns which was very interesting for the kids. A great place for functional or decorative... More
