This secluded preserve is a peninsula jutting out between 2 lakes. Nice walking trails and views. Also has a beach area and, very rare, a pet friendly area of beach where you can take poochy in for a swim.

Very nice place where you can either sign up for a National Park pass for the year or pay as you go. It has nice trails which lead to a pond for swimming boating and picnics. Small parking lot for cars -walk ins welcome. Park Ranger is very welcoming and educational.Charge is for summer months.
