We go there when visitors are in town and enjoy a lunch with a beautiful view of the hillside. More

The place is nice, with some historic houses around and great grounds. Fun for the entire family, with many activities and exhibits. Skip the restaurant, though - very average. Head for Nashoba Winery in Bolton instead - their restaurant is great! More

Is a nice drive to Fruitlands but unless you are really into history it didn't do too much for me! More

Consider a trip to the countryside to see the Western mountain view of Mt Wachusetts and to visit interesting museums at Fruitlands. (seasonal) My favorite here is enjoying the long country vistas from tearoom. The sunset is particularly rewarding. Also consider combining with a pick your own apple trip in the fall or a hike on the Fruitlands' trails. Occasionally... More
