You can not visit Cape Cod without stopping here! Early morning (6AM) coffee and muffins are shared with fellow Brewster lovers on the front porch. The store sells everything you can imagine and kids will have a field day looking through all the fun offerings. The staff are fabulous! They even offered to ship a t shirt to me on... More

We were fortunate to stumble upon the store while visiting Brewster for 25th wedding anniversary. Found all sorts of delightful reminders of the past as we wandered through the aisles like a couple of kids. Fully intended to get back the next day to explore the 2nd floor, but had to leave earlier than planned. Can't wait to get back... More

jam packed with all sorts of fun things. Bigger than your avg general store with great little gifts to bring home to the kids or a giant candy counter to let them splurge at if you bring them along. will def return with the kids next time! More

When our kids were young this was always one place we could go on a rainy day. They would take forever choosing which penny candy to buy and which trinkets to get with their hard-saved vacation money. More

This is a gem not to be missed. Sit outside on the old pews and watch the world go by, grab some excellent ice cream at the Scoop, or check out the necessities and novelties inside this well preserved piece of history. A great family place- we have been visiting the Cape for years and always stop. More

The building housing this store was constructed in 1852, according to the Chamber of Commerce. It sells candy, baked goods, souvenirs, small toys, magazines, home decorating, soaps, kitchen items, post cards and greeting cards, and lots of miscellaneous, including wonderfully scented fir balsam pillows. There is a player piano with a plexiglas front which will play a tune for 25... More

The Brewster Store is totally fascinating - Winter or Summer!! In Winter, sit by the huge stove, drink coffee, eat donuts and gossip with the locals. In the summer sit outdoors on the benches and do likewise. Browse through the shelves, drawers, cupboards, jars and bottles and find objects you didn't know you needed, had forgotten existed or just simply... More
