“Great Place to Take Pictures!”

Whenever we visit Maine, we always stop at Parson's Way to walk and take photos. In the winter, we stay close to the beginning because of the weather. In the spring we always take a walk stopping often to admire the beautiful view! More

My husband and I LOVED discovering Parson's Way near our hotel. The path winds along the shoreline on Ocean Avenue on the southern tip of Kennebunnkport. Walking by the beautiful waterfront homes, the rocky shore, and St. Anne's Church was just the kind of "Maine" experience I was hoping to find on our anniversary trip. It was the perfect Sunday... What a great walk with spectacular views. The houses along the walk are amazing to look at. We stopped manytimes during the walk to sit on a rock or walk down to the water to take in the view and the sound of shuffling rocks or the ocean crashing down on the rocky coast. This is a nice paved walk that leads you around the end of Kennebunkport. You pass a beautiful church along the way - if the gates are open you can look inside.
