We wandered through here during the afternoon. The animals were active and fun to watch. More

We purchased the photography passes and had a wonderful time photographing the animals of our choice. Our guides were very patient and it is obvious the animals are very well cared for! Would highly recommend the photography pass tour! More

Great place for kids to learn about non-domestic animals....but don't follow the geese too closely....they don't like it and will turn on you! More

I've been to the Maine Wildlife Park several times over the years. The animals are well cared for and if you want to see black bears, mountain loins, moose, deer, bald eagles, porcupines, lynx and even trout up close, this is the place to go. There are too many animals at the park to list here! The animals are well... More

We have been here several times. The first time was great. Second time was only just average as we did not get to see very many of the animals and the Halloween evening event is just not worth going to and was disappointing to both adults and children. The theory behind the park itself is good. More

I booked this trip and it turned out to be one of the best trips of my life. In the winter the park is closed, however a guide will take you round to the animal enclosures to photograph and visit with them. My guide was very concerned that I saw everything that I wanted to.. Some of the animals are... More

The park is run to assist animals that cannot be released to the wild. It's obvious that the people who run the park care for the animals but also that they haven't got a lot of money. The exhibits are concrete and wire, not very natural looking or very comfortable looking for the animals. Not enough to keep the animals'... More

2nd trip to Maine and husband wanted to see a puffin but realized that it was not the season for puffins. So he then wanted to see a moose! I searched and found this park. It was only $7 for adults to get in. Apparently we were there during their slow season and only a few other people there. We... More

What a wonderful place to spend the day with a family group. Our age range was 4-65 and there were 12 of us and we were all happy. A safe place for the kids to investigate, a cool place for the teenagers to wander and a comfortable place for the the adults to sit, enjoy lunch and chat. On top... More
