Some changing exhibits and some that are always there. Fun for kids (giant stuffed polar bears!) but also for adults. And FREE! More

On the beautiful Bowdoin campus is a small treasure packed with info and artifacts on Peary's expedition to the North pole. Amazing the materials at hand at that time compared to those available now. We think we rough it now. It's nothing compared to the creativity used in such a harsh environment. Many eye openers. Take your time to absorb... More

This is a wonderful museum with displays of many artifacts related to Peary and his expeditions to the arctic. You will leave with a greater understanding of early arctic exploration and survival. Definitely worth a visit. More
