There are some beautiful features at this park and the architects took great care to ensure that the structures complimented the natural landscape. However, it seems that those planning the space did not have children nor an understanding of how hard kids play. Most of the structures can really only be used in the summer.

As a local resident, I often spend time at Belfast City Park. It has a pool in summer, and the views are gorgeous, but don't expect much here beyond picnic tables and scenery.
