Went with a 1st grade class, and it was small enough to keep up with everyone, but large enough to keep them interested for a couple hours. Feed the animals and be sure to be there for when they feed the gators! More

Not a bad park overall, fairly decent size and it's always nice to see some capybaras. When asked at the front desk about accessibility the employee at the cash registered assured us that the park was wheel-chair accessible. After we have paid he says off-hand that, "There is SOME gravel." Yeah, no. Everything beyond the picnic shelter was big loose... More

We went on a Sat morning in March. We were one of only a handful of people there, which was nice. This time of year, they don't feed the gators so you miss out on that. We had to search out someone to find out info on baby gator picture times and to get details on the pony rides. But... More

It was a nice place to take my grandson because he had wanted to see a gator & never had. Cages were clean! But was really EXPENSIVE!! then  you have to buy FOOD to get the animals to come to you! ANOTHER LARGE EXPENSE! have LOTS of different species of animals than gators too! More

Almost every animal they have is friendly and you are able to pet it. In east texas, you couldn't think of any other place where you'll be able to pet deer, camels, ostrich, kangaroos, and zebra (Just to name a few). Well worth the money!! Try to stick around for when they feed the alligators! It's a site you'll be... More

We always enjoy our visits to Gators & Friends. They have a good variety of animals - camels, llama, zebra, miniature horses, ostrich, pygmy goats, deer, kangaroo, wallaby, exotic porcupine, etc. They also have a critter that has the distinction of being the world's largest rodent, but I can't remember what it's called. But my favorite part is the alligators,... More
