Rooms and Bathroom are very anclean. Desk staff and breakfast staff are helpful and friendly although busy. The beds are comfortable, thick and firm. Went for New Years Eve with my wife and 5 year old son. Staff was friendly, place was very clean. The waterpark was not a Gray Wolf or Wilderness at the Smokies type place, but for the money and for a 5 year old it was a great experience. Water park was clean, staff was helpful. More
