It was my first Derby and ai was in tears when the Music started brfore the "Run for the Roses". Being born and raised in Kentucky, it was breathtaking and heartfelt. I absolutely loved it. I was there early enough to watch the sunrise. Amazing!!!!

Of course going for the Kentucky Derby is quite another story...seating is very expensive, drinks take 30 minutes at the minimum, and crowds are thick. Will...

I am comparing it to eating at a baseball park, zoo, etc. Parking is easy and leaving at the end hasn't been difficult. Everyone we have encountered who works there have always...

Churchill Downs is an racing icon for anyone to experience. It has close up areas to see the horses and jockeys get ready for the races. Great seating wherever you sit. Parking is only $3.00 (at least where I parked), and entrance fee is a cheap $3 for adults.
