Keeneland is a great place to spend the day. The grounds are beautiful, the horses are amazing and the atmosphere is electric. Standing next to the rail as the horses run by is incredible. It does get crowded, but if you don't like crowds you can sit up in the stands as there is usually plenty of available seating.

Keeneland is a must do when visiting Lexington, KY. It is the crown jewel proudly representing the horse industry with racing and sales the way it should be done. A historical gem and true treasure. Make the time!

What beautiful grounds! Beautiful flowers, grandstands and the track it's self. Were able to see jockey's exercising horses, saw the barns and learned some history of the track itself. The scenic rolling hills of Kentucky, the pin oaks in color, historic Calumet farm nearby, nice cool breezes, dressed up crowds, but never too large - except Derby Day of course. You wont find a better race course anywhere.
