Took my preschool age daughter to see the Fresh Beat Band and we enjoyed the show! Not very big, and we had seats close to the stage, but didn't seem to be any bad views in my opinion! Only issue is you have to go downstairs to use restroom. More

I just love this theatre. So ornate and beautiful! When I was in town for a conference, I hit the Tosh.O show. Awesome! My only complaint was that I was in the VIP lounge, and there were only 2 bartenders. The lines were long and one of the bartenders was having computer problems. So it took forever to get a... More

This was the first time I had been to the Murat. I went to see Mythbusters here. The room we were in was large, and even seats in the back wouldn't have been all that bad. I wouldn't pay over $20 for the back seats, though. They sold food and drink, and the staff was friendly and helpful, very orderly.... More

Small but comfortable. The movie was an excellent independent film by young Christians. Reception was excellent as well. More

My wife and I saw Wicked here and the show was AWESOME, but the venue was terrible. Unless you enjoy being packed in like a bunch of sardines, NEVER attend a show here. If there were a fire, I guarantee people would be trampled to death because of how cramped it is. Needless to say, I will never attend another... More

The Murat Theater is an excellent venue for musicals, plays and concerts. Excellent sound quality in an old theater that is well design acoustically. I suggest getting seats in either the front half of the main level or in the front half of the balcony to get closer to the actors. More

Concert venue was ok. Venue needs to be updated, paid a lot for concert tickets with no seats standing only and when you got to the venue you could get riser seats for an upgrade which would bring ticket prices past 100 bucks and I have bought cheaper tickets for bigger name concerts for less. The seats that were available... More

We have attended several concerts at this venue and also saw Wicked there. The only time we have been disappointed in our seats was when we had seats on the ground floor slightly under the balcony. The sound wasn't good and it was very stuffy there. If you get seats in the front half of the balcony or on the... More
