Any book, for any person can be found at the ACPL. The downtown branch is considered one of the nations largest genealogy sites, and we receive visitors from many states away. Please come visit, especially if you have children. There is so much more than books and art at our wonderful facilities.

Also has wide variety of books, books on tape/CD and movies to check out. Separate children's area. Dunkin Donut shop on site so that you can stay for hours.

Hey, it's positive influence, plenty to do / see. FREE! Take your kids to the downtown library! Staff can be a bit of chance, some more helpful than others.

We love the library and visit frequently. They have great programming and a really nice staff. I would recommend it no matter your age. They are especially great with the children's programming.
