This is a very nice working and hands on museum for kids and adults alike. We spent 1/2 a day going thru all the different things on display. Well worth a visit!

Great place for car & train buffs. Working displays for the kids. Incredible collection of clocks, musical instruments (which can be demonstrated), farm implements, bicycles, fire fighting equipment... you name it, they have it! Best $20 our family ever spent!

Do not pass up this museum! It is chock full of Americana. The history buffs will enjoy looking at the varies pieces of history and reading the accompanying information. While the kids will enjoy pushing buttons and levers to see the machines in action. Everything is displayed so uniquely, you are never bored! Our kids at all ages have enjoyed...

We did this on a tour which made it very good. I think if I were just walking through on my own, it would not be as good. There is SOOO much to see, I wouldn't know much about it. THe tour guides (I believe they are volunteers) really love it, and make it a great experience!

it's a short drive from downtown, and took me a little over an hour to look at the exhibits. if your travels take you to Peoria, this museum is worth the effort!

The Wheels O' Time Museum is relatively inexpensive and you will see many different types of things donated by Peoria's finest.
There are antique autos and tractors, toys and animated displays.
They are closed during the winter months.
