While in Chicago for a girls trip (myself & my 11 year old daughter), we took a spontaneous carriage ride leaving from Water Tower. Paid for a voucher and drove to Chicago to use it. Nobody answered the phone. We drove down again and this time waited outside in the cold for an hour and a half on the square where their address is listed and never saw a carriage. They have no physical address, apparently. I called this place around last Thanksgiving looking to purchase a tour for my wife for Christmas. The woman on the phone was very willing to sell me a voucher for the tour. Unfortunately, they neglected to tell me the voucher expires after 14 days. Even after explaining exactly what I wanted over the phone, they happily took my money... More
