Lots of high end shopping to be done here! Take your time and wander into anything that looks interesting. Also it's close to 900 N. Michigan, which also has lots of great shopping. More

Incredibly, my dentist's office is on Oak Street. I love going ther because the window shopping is so much fun. It's great to see how "the other half" lives! After you walk around awhile head over to Old Town for lunch. Go to Old Jerulasm for the bes hummous in town and then to the Fudge pot for chocolate. Great... More

Although Oak Street doesn't have only the exclusive designer shops of its past, it's still quite special and perhaps the mix of shops is a good thing. The recovering economy and plans to divide the space where the Esquire Theater had been into five shops, will breathe new life into the area. More

Oak Street is for the high end shopper who likes the boutique experience instead of department store. One of my favorites is Lester Lampert Jewelers. Some of the best original designs in the world, along with estate jewelry. More

Mag mile shopping, hotels, and beach. Check out the sky sitting on the beach with the Air and Water show in progress in August - nothing like it. More

I have been here and number of times. You have the creme for the crop as far as buying name brand and designer clothes. There are also a few high-end boutiques and restaurants worth checking out. More
