We did the 2 hour beachfront/Lincoln Park tour. Clancy was young and enthusiastic and he gave thorough training to those in our group of 8 who were doing it for the first time. Alex was amazing. We went all over downtown and the museum campus. Our group was 19 people and they handled it perfectly. Great training also. It's a must do.
