Great place for a show when in Chicago. The theater's interior is stunning. Seating is good, staff is friendly, helpful and plentiful. Well located easy to get access to.
The Chicago Theatre is fabulous....we love this building. The Amos Lee concert that we attended was only mediocre. We love his recordings, but were disappointed with his new (to us) direction in country. The band he is traveling with is good, but overwhelmed the nuance that we enjoy so much in his vocals.
Took my daughter to see the Legend of Zelda symphony and this was such a beautiful venue for the event. I've been here several times and still feel awe struck by such a beautiful building.
Went to a show a the Chicago Theater last night. The theater's interior is stunning. I am not sure you would be able to find a more beautiful theater anywhere. The seating is good, the staff was friendly, helpful and plentiful. The manager of the theater was actually out and helping people with their seating and questions. A five star... More
If there's some band you like appearing, this is a great old movie palace repurpaced as a concert venue. There are several balconies, and you're in a great spot for some pre-show shopping or finding a spot to grab something to eat. Plus, there's iconic marquee.
This Theater is absolutely stunning. We toured it with my parents while they were in town visiting and we are so glad that he did! It is such a gorgeous space and the tour was so interesting, I would definitely recommend for family visiting, it's a great way to spend a few hours and great for all ages!
Take the chance to have an extensive tour of this wonderful building. Our fantastic tour guide covered every aspect of its history and architecture - taking about 90 minutes you don't feel rushed and can ask lots of questions if you want. We have done a few theatre tours before and this was the first one to let us go... More

The building is so beautiful and the tour was well worth it. I would recommend anyone to take this. The tour was about an hour and a half long and was of... More
What an amazing experience this was for me! Especially as a theatre major wanting to get into a professional theatre world. Halley was our up beat, super knowledgeable tour guide who really knew what she was talking about. Not only was she knowledgeable but she obviously loved what she was doing and it showed with every part of the tour.... More
